"This sian-ness is eating me up.. ALIVE! @.@"

------------

I got to drive back home on Saturday! Yups! In the NEW car! Wheee!

The new car is much bigger, and it can be a fright to drive it, but once one is use to it, it's kinda 'shiok' to be behind the wheels. The new car is like some fully automated machine which I am not particularly fond of. Call me an old-fashioned freak, but I feel that such automation is not a necessity! Is there a difference between turning a key, and pressing a button? There's hardly any! A waste of innovation, if one might call it.

The sun roof is definitely a WOW! It's an amazing feeling to be driven - to lie at the backseat of the car, gazing at the stars adorned sky above. What's more, the crescent moon that night was a sight to behold! Breath-taking, if you ask me. Reminds me of the time we laid on our backs and simply embraced the night as stars shot across the sky in India. Simply nostalgic.

The steering wheel is really light, and the brake and accelerator really smooth. Driving this new baby is simply a joy, give its new wide angled side view mirrors! Daddy definitely bought the right car.

One thing though, the automated doors are definitely a hassle. My dad comments that if we were to park up-slope, the doors would not close! And, if we were to park down-slope, the doors would not open!! I wonder if that's true. Can we go Genting to test it out? Haha!

That very night, we went to SSC to indulge in the Oktober fest celebrations held there. My dad bought this plate full of meat for both my brother and I. While eating, we were constantly debating the type of meat that went into our mouths.

"That's beef!"
"No! It's mutton!"
"Eew.. It has a strong taste!"
"I like the chicken!"

Pity though, that we did not take any photographs. It was really a plate full! Like stacked to the top! (Although a plate has no top to speak of, but you know what I mean) My brother was so sweet! He knew that I wouldn't touch the chicken, so he cut it up and placed it on my plate so that I would eat my share of the chicken. The chicken was really tender! =) Delicious!

After that plate of meat, we ordered sandwiches and ebi tempura! The ebi tempura is really mouth-savouring! Seriously! It's soft in the inside and crispy on the outside! Topped with the sauce provided, it was simply YUMMY!!

What's an Oktober fest without beer? Back in Germany, they have beer available in all taverns like 24/7! You will never find a tavern out of beer!! At least, that's what they boasted about, and Daddy of course couldn't resist trying out German beer! He ordered one white and one black, and out of curiosity, I took a sip too. It definitely tastes better than Tiger beer.

The girls who were taking orders for beers were dressed in their traditional costumes, and the guys in the band were too! They looked good! I like their costumes!!

I like this shot I took!

=)

Daddy says,"Mummy is going to knock me on the head for this!"

I love the atmosphere at SSC! <3
